G. Edward Griffin is an American author, filmmaker, and lecturer known for promoting various right-wing conspiracy theories. His works often focus on topics such as politics, health care, and financial systems. In his book *World Without Cancer*, Griffin presents a pseudo-scientific theory claiming cancer is a nutritional deficiency curable by amygdalin. He is also the author of *The Creature from Jekyll Island* (1994), which promotes debunked conspiracy theories about the Federal Reserve. Griffin is an HIV/AIDS denialist, supports the 9/11 Truth movement, and believes John F. Kennedy was not assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald. Additionally, he claims the Biblical Noah's Ark is located at the Durupınar site in Turkey.
