Biography
Geneviève Robic Brunet is a retired Canadian road racing cyclist known for her achievements in the 1980s. She won the National Road Championship twice, in 1984 and 1987, and also claimed the National Criterium title in those same years. Brunet represented Canada at the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics, finishing 22nd in 1984 and 4th in 1988 in the Women's Individual Road Race. Training in New Mexico and later Colorado, she was a resident of Pierrefonds, Quebec. Her cycling career ended early due to a training accident from which she could not fully recover.
