Geoff Marslett

Geoff Marslett is an American filmmaker who has worked as a director, writer, producer, animator, and actor. He began his career with the animated short *Monkey vs. Robot*, which was distributed internationally through Spike and Mike's animation festivals. Marslett has since directed narrative feature films, including *MARS*, and has contributed to experimental documentaries such as *Yakona*, in which he also produced and acted. He appeared in Josephine Decker's *Thou Wast Mild and Lovely*, which received a theatrical release in 2014. Marslett splits his time between filmmaking and teaching at the University of Colorado at Boulder, while living in Austin, Texas.
