Biography

Gin Maeda was a Japanese actor best known for his recurring role as the husband of the character Sakura in the *Otoko wa Tsurai yo* film series. He first appeared in this role in the inaugural film of the series, released in 1969. The *Otoko wa Tsurai yo* series is a long-running and popular Japanese comedy franchise that follows the life of the character Shuré, played by Kiyoshi Atsumi. Maeda's portrayal of Sakura's husband contributed to the series' enduring appeal and comedic dynamic.
