Biography
Gizel Jimenez recurs on AppleTV+'s *Bad Monkey*. Previously, she recurred on Showtime's *Dexter: New Blood* and played a substantial role in Lin Manuel Miranda's Netflix film *Tick, Tick...Boom!*. She made her Broadway debut as Nessarose in *Wicked* (first Hispanic actor cast as Nessa on Broadway). Off-Broadway credits include *Avenue Q* (first ethnic actor to portray Kate Monster Off Broadway), *Miss You Like Hell* (Drama Desk and Lucille Lortel nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical), *Frozen* (Princess Ana at the Hyperion), *Big River* (Encores!), and *Party People*. She starred at NYS&F in *Alice By Heart* and at Williamstown in Marsha Norman's *Secret Soldiers*. National tour: *West Side Story*.
