Biography

Glauco Mirko Laurelli (São Paulo, June 3, 1930 — São Paulo, December 11, 2013) was a Brazilian screenwriter, writer, and film director. He directed major box office successes in Brazilian cinema, such as *O Vendedor de Linguiças* (1962), *Casinha Pequenina* (1963), *O Lamparina* (1964), and *Meu Japão Brasileiro* (1965) for PAM Filmes de Mazzaropi, in addition to the musical *A Moreninha* (1970).
