Biography

Godfrey Ho was a prolific Hong Kong film director and screenwriter known for his extensive body of work, particularly during the 1980s and 1990s. He is believed to have directed over 100 films, with more than 80 of them produced between 1980 and 1990 before he retired in 2000. His films are often associated with the Z movie genre and are characterized by their low-budget, over-the-top style. Many of his works have since gained a cult following, appreciated for their unintentional humor and "so bad it's good" entertainment value among fans of cult cinema.
