Grey DeLisle, also credited as Grey DeLisle-Griffin or Grey Griffin, is an American voice actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter known for her extensive work in animation. She has provided voices for numerous characters, including Daphne Blake in the *Scooby-Doo* franchise since 2000, Emily Elizabeth Howard in *Clifford the Big Red Dog*, and Lorraine "Lor" MacQuarrie in *The Weekenders*. Other notable roles include Vicky the Babysitter and Tootie in *The Fairly OddParents*, Miranda in *W.I.T.C.H.*, and Ming Hua in *The Legend of Korra*. DeLisle has also contributed to anime, voicing Tomoe in *Afro Samurai: Resurrection* and Taeko's Mother in *Only Yesterday*.
