Biography

Hassan Hosny was born in the Al Qal’aa neighborhood of Cairo; his father was a construction contractor. His mother passed away when he was six years old, and he attended Radwaniyeh Elementary School. Hosny participated in theater productions at school and received several awards for his performances. He continued to take part in theatrical works while serving in the army and later joined the “Al Keim” theater.

Hosny was known for his roles in *El Nazer*, *El Basha Telmiz*, and *Zaky Chan*. Widely regarded as a veteran of Egyptian cinema, his acting career spanned over 50 years and included performances in nearly 500 films, television programs, and theater plays.
