Biography

Heinrich Luitpold Himmler was a prominent Nazi politician and military leader who served as the 4th Reichsführer of the Schutzstaffel (SS) from 1929 until the end of World War II in 1945. As one of the most powerful figures in Nazi Germany, he played a central role in the implementation of the Nazi regime's policies. Himmler was a leading architect of the Holocaust, the systematic genocide of European Jews during the war.
