Biography
Jean-Georges Vongerichten is a French‑American chef whose career and influence are examined in the film. He owns high‑profile restaurants in Miami Beach, Las Vegas, London, Paris, Shanghai, Philadelphia and Tokyo, as well as New York’s Jean‑Georges restaurant and Tangará Jean Georges in São Paulo, and he serves as head chef of Eden Rock in St. Barths. The documentary also notes his authorship of five cookbooks, two of which were co‑written with food writer Mark Bittman.
