Biography

Jeff Pope is a British television producer and screenwriter known for his work on both film and television. He co-wrote the film *Pierrepoint* and the television drama *The Fattest Man in Britain*. Pope received critical acclaim for his writing on *See No Evil: The Moors Murders*, which earned him a BAFTA in 2006. In 2015, he was honored with a BAFTA Special Award for his contributions to television at the British Academy Television Awards. He also wrote the screenplay for the 2018 film *Stan & Ollie* and co-wrote the 2022 film *The Lost King*. Pope serves as the Head of ITV Productions Factual Drama.
