John M. Jackson is an American actor best known for his role as Rear Admiral A. J. Chegwidden on the CBS television series *JAG*. He later appeared as a special guest star on the spin-off series *NCIS* and had a recurring role on its further spin-off, *NCIS: Los Angeles*.
