Johnny Wu

Johnny M. Wu grew up in Queens, New York. He portrays Dr. Randall Shentu, the hospital's Chief Compliance Officer, on NBC's *Chicago Med*. Recently, he appeared alongside Denzel Washington and Michael B. Jordan in the film *A Journal For Jordan*. He has guest-starred on several series, including *New Amsterdam*, *Manifest*, *Elementary*, *High Maintenance*, and *Blue Bloods*, and has had recurring roles on *The Good Wife*, *Law & Order: SVU*, and *24*. Wu is also passionate about live performance and has performed in plays on Broadway, at Lincoln Center, and across the country. He aims to perform in one significant play each year.

Wu holds an M.F.A. in Acting from UC San Diego and is a faculty member at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University, where he teaches final-year M.F.A. students.
