Biography

Joseph Bishara is an American composer, music producer, and actor known for his work in the horror and thriller genres. He has composed scores for films such as *Insidious*, *11-11-11*, *Dark Skies*, and *The Conjuring*, often collaborating with director James Wan. Bishara began his career with the 1998 Biblical drama *Joseph's Gift* and has contributed to projects by directors John Carpenter and Joseph Zito, as well as musicians Ray Manzarek and Diamanda Galás. In addition to composing, he frequently appears in the films he works on, often portrayed as a demon or supernatural entity. He also served as a producer for *Repo! The Genetic Opera* and other projects.
