Biography
Joshua Martin Kugler Samuels is an American water polo player who has represented the United States men's national water polo team. He was a member of the team that won a gold medal at the 2015 Pan American Games. Samuels also competed with the team at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where the United States placed tenth.
