Biography
Joy Sunday is a Nigerian-American actress who has appeared in television series such as *Dear White People* and *Wednesday*. In film, she is known for supporting roles in *Bad Hair*, *Shithouse*, and *Dog*.
She was born in Staten Island, New York, to a Nigerian family. Sunday attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in New York City, where she studied theater. She later enrolled at the USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles, earning a degree in critical studies. In addition to her academic pursuits, she worked as a filmmaker with the Tribeca Film Institute, contributing to several short films.
