Biography

Originally from the Cévennes, Julien Doré attended the Beaux-Arts in Nîmes for five years. He was a member of the groups Dig Up Elvis and The Jean D'Ormesson's before standing out solo on the Nouvelle Star talent show, which he won in 2007. He released his first album, "Ersatz," and won the 2009 Victoires de la Musique in the Revelation Album and Video Clip of the Year categories (for "Limits"). A second album, "Bichon," was released in 2011, followed by "LOVE" in 2013. Very popular, the album won two additional Victoires de la Musique, and Doré released two more albums, including his most recent, "Aimée," released in September 2020 and already sold more than 250,000 copies. Alongside his music career, the singer has also appeared in comedy shows such as Pop Redemption and Dix pour Cent.
