Biography
Keiichi Tsuchiya is a Japanese professional race car driver renowned for his mastery of drifting and his influence in popularizing it as a motorsport. Known as the "Drift King," he gained fame for using drifting techniques in non-drifting racing events, challenging conventional racing methods. Tsuchiya has achieved significant success in professional racing, including two class victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and a second-place finish in the 2001 All Japan GT Championship. He is also celebrated for his tōge driving, a style of high-speed mountain road racing in Japan.
