Biography

Kenji Sawada is a Japanese singer, songwriter, and actor, best known as the vocalist of the rock band The Tigers. He was born in Tsunoi, Iwami, Japan, and raised in Sakyo-ku, Kyoto from the age of three. Sawada was affectionately nicknamed "Julie" due to his self-professed admiration for actress and singer Julie Andrews. His career has spanned both music and acting, leaving a lasting impact on Japanese pop culture.
