Biography
Kevin Bernard Haley is an American murderer, rapist, and burglar who, along with his older brother Reginald, committed a series of violent crimes in the Los Angeles area from 1982 to 1984. The pair is suspected of being responsible for at least eight murders during this period. Kevin Haley was convicted of two counts of murder in separate trials and received the death penalty for each conviction. His crimes have led to speculation that he may be a serial killer.
