Biography

Lainey Wilson is an American country singer-songwriter and actress who began her career with early performances before relocating to Nashville to pursue music. She released her first album in 2014 through Cupit Records, followed by a second album in 2016 on Lone Chief Records. In 2019, Wilson signed a publishing deal and released an extended play (EP) featuring the hit song "Things a Man Oughta Know." The track was later issued as a single in 2020 under the BBR Music Group and topped the American country songs chart.
