Biography

Laura Marano is an American actress and singer best known for her role as Ally Dawson in the Disney Channel series *Austin & Ally*. She has appeared in a variety of television shows and films, including *Without a Trace*, *Back to You*, and as one of the original classmates on *Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?* Marano has also starred in several films, such as the Disney Channel Original Movie *Bad Hair Day*, the indie film *A Sort of Homecoming*, and the Netflix original movies *The Perfect Date* and *Choose Love* (2023), an interactive romcom. Additionally, she appeared in *A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish*, the fifth installment of the *A Cinderella Story* film series.
