Biography

Leonard Gordon Goodman was an English professional ballroom dancer, teacher, and adjudicator. He is best known for serving as the head judge on the British television show *Strictly Come Dancing*, where celebrities compete in dance challenges, from its debut in 2004 until 2016. Goodman also judged the American version, *Dancing with the Stars*, from 2005 to 2022. In addition to his television career, he operated a ballroom dance school in Dartford, Kent.
