Biography

Liam Clancy was an Irish folk singer from Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary. He was the youngest member of the influential folk group the Clancy Brothers, who were regarded as Ireland's first pop stars. The group achieved global success, with millions of record sales and sold-out performances at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Royal Albert Hall.
