Biography

Lorraine Pascale is a British TV chef, author, and former model known for her work on the BBC and the USA Food Network. She has sold nearly one million books in the UK and her cooking shows are broadcast in 70 countries worldwide. From 2007 to 2012, she operated Ella's Bakehouse, a London-based retail outlet named after her daughter, selling baked goods. In addition to her culinary career, Pascale serves as the United Kingdom Government Fostering and Adoption Ambassador and advocates for emotional wellness. She is the mother of actress Ella Balinska, known for her role in *Charlie’s Angels*.
