Biography
Marco Antônio de Lima Ruas is a Brazilian former mixed martial arts fighter, submission wrestler, kickboxer, and instructor. He is best known for winning the UFC 7 Tournament Championship, which helped establish his reputation in the early days of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Throughout his career, Ruas competed in several prominent organizations, including the World Vale Tudo Championship (WVC) and PRIDE Fighting Championships. In addition to his fighting career, he served as head coach for the Southern California Condors in the International Fight League.
