Biography

Marta Labarr (1912–1999) was a singer and actress who appeared in eleven British and French films, typically in leading roles. Her last film appearance was in the 1946 thriller *Tehran*, where she starred alongside Derek Farr. She also performed in musicals on the London stage. Later in her career, she worked as a language coach, among her students being Gina Lollobrigida.
