“Production has begun on the second season of Netflix's crime series 'Dept. Q' in Scotland. The show, which follows the work of DCI Carl Morck and his team, is adding 10 new cast members. Biography

Matthew Goode is an English actor who made his screen debut in 2002 with the television film *Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister*. He gained wider recognition for his role in the romantic comedy *Chasing Liberty* (2004), earning a Teen Choice Award nomination. Goode continued with supporting roles in films such as *Match Point* (2005), *Imagine Me and You* (2006), and *Copying Beethoven* (2006). He received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Charles Ryder in *Brideshead Revisited* (2008) and Ozymandias in *Watchmen* (2009). Later, he starred in *Leap Year* (2010) and *Burning Man* (2011), for which he was nominated for Best Actor at the Film Critics Circle of Australia Awards and the AACTA Awards.
