Biography

Maurice Bush, a British boxer who later became an actor (occasionally billed as Morris Bush), appeared as a supporting player in numerous British films and television series from the 1950s to the 1990s. His film credits include *The Hellfire Club* (1961), *The Frightened City* (1961), *Scars of Dracula* (1970), and *The Creeping Flesh* (1973). He also appeared in popular British television series such as *Dixon of Dock Green*, *Doctor Who* (playing an Ogron, an alien adversary of the Doctor), and *Inspector Morse*. Bush portrayed the mummy-like bounty hunter Dengar in *Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back* (1980), appearing uncredited and without speaking lines.
