Biography
Maxime Bernier is a Canadian politician and the founder of the People's Party of Canada (PPC). He previously served as a member of Parliament for Beauce from 2006 to 2019 and was part of the Conservative Party before leaving the caucus in 2018 to establish the PPC. Bernier also held several Cabinet positions in the Harper government.
