Biography
Michael Yo Simmons is an American actor, stand-up comedian, and television host known for co-hosting *The Insider* on CBS and currently hosting *Yo Show* on Yahoo! TV. He has also appeared regularly on the comedy panel of *Chelsea Lately*, guest-hosted *The Talk* on CBS, and served as a pop culture commentator on *Showbiz Tonight*. Before pursuing a career in entertainment, Yo played football at the University of Arkansas, though his athletic career was cut short due to multiple concussions.
