Nick Maloney

Nick Maloney, born on 4 June 1953 in Liverpool, appeared in two roles on *Coronation Street*. In July 1983, he played Dave Hinchcliffe, who accompanied a Russian trade delegation to Baldwin's Casuals, and returned to the programme in May 1998 as PC Simons, who had an altercation with a drunk Les Battersby. He also appeared twice in the spin-off *The Brothers McGregor* in 1987 and 1988 as Reg Twillet. In addition to these roles, he appeared in *Boys from the Blackstuff*, *Terry and June*, *Brookside*, *Bread*, *Boon*, *The Detectives*, *One Foot in the Grave* (twice), and *EastEnders*. On stage, he performed in the Willy Russell plays *Stags and Hens* and *Having a Ball*. In addition to his acting career, Maloney works as a website developer.
