Biography

Count Nikolai Dmitrievich Tolstoy-Miloslavsky is a Russian–British historian and writer known for his work on Russian history and his family's noble heritage. A member of the House of Tolstoy, a prominent Russian noble family, he currently serves as its nominal head. Tolstoy has also been involved in politics, having run as a parliamentary candidate for the UK Independence Party. His writings often explore historical and political themes, reflecting his engagement with both Russian and British cultural contexts.
