Biography

Park Noh-sik was a South Korean actor born in 1930 in Suncheon, then part of the Empire of Japan. He graduated from Suncheon School of Education and began his acting career in 1956 with a role in *Gyeoktoe*, directed by Lee Gang-cheon. Over the course of his career, Park appeared in more than 900 films, becoming a prominent figure in South Korean action cinema. In the 1970s, he expanded his role in the film industry by beginning to direct.
