Biography

María de la Paz Campos Trigo, known professionally as Paz Vega, is a Spanish actress who gained popularity for her role in the comedy television series *7 vidas*. She has appeared in several films, including *Sex and Lucia* (2001), *Mine Alone* (2001), *The Other Side of the Bed* (2002), *Carmen* (2003), *Spanglish* (2004), and *Theresa: The Body of Christ* (2007). In 2019, she portrayed Catalina Creel in the television series *Cradle of Wolves*. Vega made her directorial debut in 2024 with *Rita*, a film she also wrote.
