Biography
Philippe Joly is a French actor and screenwriter who was born in Moscow, Russia. He is known for portraying Zoltan in the 2015 film *Pound of Flesh*, which stars Jean‑Claude Van Damme. Joly also appears as Decimus in *Dragon Blade*, an action movie directed by Daniel Lee that features Jackie Chan, John Cusack and Adrien Brody. His roles in these productions have contributed to his recognition in international cinema.
