Biography

Corey Woods, known professionally as Raekwon, is an American rapper who is best known as a founding member of the influential hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. Wu-Tang Clan gained widespread recognition with the release of their debut album, *Enter the Wu-Tang*, in 1993. Raekwon launched a successful solo career in 1995 with the release of his critically acclaimed first solo album, *Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...*, which is widely regarded as one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time and a defining work of 1990s rap.
