Biography
Ralph M. Hughes is an American politician who served in the Maryland House of Delegates from District 40 from 1983 to 1991. He later represented the same district in the Maryland State Senate from 1991 to 2007. A member of the Democratic Party, Hughes is known for his long-standing service in Maryland state politics.
