Biography
Ramón Franco Bahamonde was a Spanish aviation pioneer, military officer, and politician, known as the brother of future dictator Francisco Franco. Before the Spanish Civil War, during the reign of King Alfonso XIII, both Ramón and Francisco were celebrated as national heroes in Spain. Despite their shared fame and military backgrounds, the brothers held opposing political views. Ramón is also one of three brothers, alongside Francisco and the lesser-known Nicolás, who all served in the military and were involved in politics.
