Biography
Randy Evans, full name James Randolph Evans, is an American lawyer and diplomat who served as the United States Ambassador to Luxembourg from 2018 to 2021. Appointed by the Trump administration, he presented his credentials to the Grand Duke of Luxembourg on June 19, 2018. A Republican from Georgia, Evans has a background in litigation and specializes in legal and government ethics. He is a partner at the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs.
