Biography

Raquel Castro is an American actress and singer best known for her role as Gertie Trinké in the 2004 film *Jersey Girl*. In the film, she portrays the daughter of Ollie Trinké and Gertrude Steiney. For her performance, Castro received the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film – Young Actress Age Ten or Younger. In addition to her acting career, Castro gained public attention as a contestant on the American version of *The Voice*.
