Biography

Robert Anthony Plant is an English singer and songwriter best known as the lead vocalist and lyricist of the rock band Led Zeppelin, which he co-founded in 1968. The band remained active until its dissolution in 1980, during which Plant became renowned for his powerful and versatile voice, as well as his dynamic stage presence. Following Led Zeppelin's breakup, Plant pursued a successful solo career, often collaborating with other artists, including bluegrass musician Alison Krauss. Widely regarded as one of the greatest rock singers of all time, Plant's contributions to music have left a lasting impact on the genre.
