Biography

Ronald Harrison was an English footballer who played as an inside forward in the Football League for Darlington and Gateshead. He began his senior career as an amateur during the Second World War with Gateshead. Harrison also played non-league football for Ashington. His career was cut short after he broke his leg while playing for Ashington against West Stanley in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup on September 30, 1950.
