Biography

*The Roommate* is a 2011 American psychological thriller directed by Christian E. Christiansen and written by Sonny Mallhi. The film centers on Sara Matthews (Minka Kelly), a college freshman who becomes increasingly disturbed by her roommate, Rebecca Evans (Leighton Meester), whose obsessive behavior toward her escalates into a dangerous and toxic dynamic. As Rebecca's fixation grows more intense, Sara finds herself trapped in a perilous living situation.
