Biography
Argentine film director, screenwriter and producer whose debut feature A Lucky Day premiered at the Berlinale, was nominated for the Goya Award and screened at more than 60 international festivals, including London, San Sebastián and Havana. Her second feature Possible Lives had its world premiere in International Competition at the Locarno Film Festival and was also presented at Cannes. Her documentaries (In)Voluntary Retirements, which premiered at the Málaga Film Festival and received numerous awards, and The Process, which premiered at Cannes Docs and won Best Direction at FIDBA, explore contemporary political and social conflicts. Her work has been supported by Ibermedia, World Cinema Fund, Global Film Initiative and Visions Sud Est.
