Seth Adam Meyers is an American comedian, television host, writer, actor, and producer. He is best known for hosting *Late Night with Seth Meyers*, a late-night talk show that aired on NBC starting in 2014. Before this role, Meyers was a cast member on NBC's *Saturday Night Live* (SNL) from 2001 to 2014. During his time on SNL, he served as a writer, head writer, and anchor of the news parody segment *Weekend Update* from 2006 until his departure from the show.
