Biography

Shea Couleé, born Jaren Kyei Merrell, is an American drag queen, singer, rapper, and actor known for her work in the Chicago nightlife scene. She gained international recognition after competing on the ninth season of *RuPaul's Drag Race* in 2017, where she placed in the top four. In 2020, she won the fifth season of *RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars*. Couleé returned for the all-winners seventh season of *All Stars* in 2022, finishing in the top four once again. Beyond her reality television success, she is also a multi-talented performer and podcaster.
