Biography

Shin Ha-kyun is a South Korean actor who first gained recognition for his role in *Joint Security Area* (2000). He went on to deliver notable performances in films such as *Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance* (2002), *Save the Green Planet!* (2003), and *Welcome to Dongmakgol* (2005). In addition to his film work, Shin has been active in television, earning praise for his roles in *Brain* (2011), *Less Than Evil* (2018–2019), and *Beyond Evil* (2021), for which he won the Baeksang Arts Award for Best Actor.
