Biography

Shūgorō Yamamoto (June 22, 1903 – February 14, 1967) was the pen name of Satomu Shimizu, a Japanese novelist and short-story writer active during the Shōwa period. Writing under the name Shūgorō Yamamoto and at least thirteen other pseudonyms, he was known for his contributions to popular literature in Japan.
